FROM CHUCK I've seen offers for Brenner's pricing books around the graphic arts community for years but never bought one until recently. I now see what all the hoopla is about. Instead of second-guessing what other firms charge the book gives you what seems to be a pretty realistic range of prices others charge for everything from products such as photographic prints to services such as Web design and copywriting. Where I find the prices quoted in the Graphic Artists Guild Handbook: Pricing & Ethical Guidelines, 11th Edition (also available in the ideabook.com store) to be a little high, I find some of these a little low. If you decide to try one, I'd be interested in hearing your feedback.
