Promote yourself with a card
BY CHUCK GREEN The idea is to mix your marketing message with information your audience will keep at hand. In the case of the card used to promote ideabook.com, side one includes inch, pica, millimeter, and point rulers, a basic color palette with CMYK values, charts of line values and shades of black, and, of course, information about the site.
Side two features “Brainstorming: Create an idea” and “Brainstorming: Evaluate an idea,” a list of sometimes confused characters, a fraction to decimal conversion table, and a collection of interesting font combinations. A few cards are included in every order shipped from the ideabook.com store and are available to teachers and groups free of charge. How could you apply the same idea to your business?
If you would like a few personal copies, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 commercial envelope to Logic Arts, 11475 Chickahominy Branch Dr., Glen Allen, VA 23059

The ideabook cards are printed by Traybon Printing at trabonprinting.com.
